Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Jump Starters, Chargers & Inflators. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned product (typically within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and will take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, but we offer free return shipping for all eligible returns.

Exceptions

Certain products may be ineligible for refunds, including customized products, opened or used products (unless defective), and products damaged due to misuse or neglect. If your product is defective, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our warranty policy.
